Baltimore MD – June 19, 2009 Watermark Property Group, LLC today announced the acquisition of Dixie Marine, LLC currently based in Miami, Florida. Dixie Marine has established a customer-oriented reputation for certified marine service and parts support for Evinrude, Mercury and Yamaha. They are an authorized dealer for Mako, Seacraft and Southport. Dixie Marine’s premium line of boats is being showcased at their Miami location at 21500 South Dixie Highway and at World Wide Sportsman at Mile Marker 80.5 in Islamorada.  They will be opening a second full service marine center at Watermark’s Islamorada marina in the near future.
